With a master’s degree with distinction in Voice Studies: Teaching and Coaching from the University of London Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Margot specializes in translating performance techniques to the business world. She integrates this academic foundation with a background in elite figure skating as a national competitor, coach, and principal performer for Disney on Ice. This unique combination equips her to help clients perform under pressure, adapt to change, and communicate with personal power. Clients achieve new confidence, deepen relationships, and experience professional growth from working with her.
As a communication consultant, Margot has worked in industries including healthcare, business, consulting, venture capital, technology, cybersecurity, medical research, aerospace and defense, and higher education.
She is a facilitator with The Ariel Group, where she leads workshops on leadership presence and storytelling at Harvard Business School and other leading organizations. She is an Associate Coach with Speaking at Work and a Transformational Faculty Member with Mobius Executive Leadership, a top transformational change firm focused on personal mastery, large-scale change, and high performance.
Margot is an Associate Practitioner with the new emotional-awareness tool, AgileBrain℠. She has her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Elon University and a previous career in floral and decor event design.
